Students need to set up the account and password themselves. It’s not provided by BNU.

Students need to press “print” (on the web page) after they’ve finished filling the form online.

The online housing application is open around November 10^th for spring semester enrollment and May 10^th for fall semester enrollment (the exact date is subject to change). Therefore, students should submit the application documents prior to the program application deadline. The earlier students’ applications are approved, the more choices they have in housing reservation.

Students should be native speakers of English or have TOEFL 80 / IELTS 6

Usually within 2-3 weeks after the application deadline, an admission notice will be sent to the coordinator at the student’s home university informing the student ID so that students can reserve housing. The official admission documents will be sent to the home universities by post within 40 days after the application deadline.

Exchange student who apply for regular academic courses (Chinese-taught or English-taught courses) can take one Chinese language course for free and other language courses are offered with charge. The application for free language course is made after the student arrives at BNU.

Please get the permission from your home university and fill the extension form in International Students Office.

No application fee is needed for exchange applicants.
